I'm confused

how is it that Tom Zirbel  is likely to get a 2 year suspension for taking DHEA (very likely inadvertently in a contaminated supplement, what does DHEA do anyway) and Riccardo "the cobra" Ricco gets 20 months after blatantly cheating (EPO/CERA), winning and scurrying away from the testers while making (and keeping) millions of Euro's and finally getting caught. He's back racing half way through this up coming year.

There are already enough drivers acting irrationally. Daring them or confronting them only draws negative and dangerous attention to cyclists.

Barney and Andrea play Silent Night (the blues version) at the Heriot Bay Inn on Quadra.

GOOGLED

It's been a crazy couple weeks with 3 trips to Toronto, Xcountry nationals, a trip to Quadra island to see "Naked" bikes and "Rich" guitars with Barney and Kath Bentall.

Amongst all that I went and visited the Google Canada crew in Toronto and had a terrific time with the brains behind my email account, calendar, youtube, blogger, google maps, web searches, etc. etc. It's actually quite extraordinary when you think about it.... Anyway, it was a great visit, complete with good laughs and great people. I even presented Google Canada with their very own Nike triathlon race suit to be worn by the Google Grand Foosball Champion.

Straight after talking to Google I rushed off to GEARS BIKE SHOP and we had a great time at the first (and for now only...) Eastern Canada "Simon Says Gold" book signing.
