WHY!!! can't they use this for doping control - the wheresabouts form!!!
The current system is crazy, how do you predict where you will be at 12:30pm on a thursday 3 months from now? and then remember to change it if you just happen to have guessed wrong.

track athletes at the Hawaii Ironman today, now picture an athlete wearing the GPS wristband (it's small enough to race with) and doping control officials just login, find out where you are and come test you.
